SYNERGY-INFO Online Store Regulations

§1 General Provisions

The online store “SYNERGY-INFO” conducts the sale of educational materials related to job positions such as Warehouse Worker, Warehouse Supervisor, Employee Coordinator, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. The online store also offers group training services.

Payment for purchased educational materials is collected in advance. Implementation of the service is performed immediately after finalized payment. The product is shipped immediately by e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated during purchase, along with the Invoice confirming the purchase. There are no additional charges for shipping the product.

After the payment is made, the buyer immediately receives the purchased training materials to the email address provided in the ordering process, along with a VAT invoice. The customer receives instructions on how to set up an account, establish a password and log in to the training platform, where he or she can go through the purchased training with the help of the provided training materials depending on the purchased course. Access to the training platform with the course purchased by him, the customer receives access for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Due to the nature of the provided materials, there is no possibility of withdrawal from the contract after making the purchase, as the material is delivered immediately after the payment is made.

 

§2 Payments

Accepted payment methods are PayPal and PayU, ensuring the safety and convenience of transactions.

 

§3 Personal Data Protection

Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the store's privacy policy. More information on this subject can be found in the privacy policy available on the store's website.

 

§4 Complaints and Returns

In the event of receiving damaged or incomplete educational materials, the customer has the right to file a complaint. The customer is obligated to report the complaint at email address: office@synergy-info.com within 14 days from the date of receiving the materials. The online store “SYNERGY-INFO” will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. Since the product is sold electronically, returns are not accepted.

 

§5 Group Training

Detailed terms and schedules of group training are individually agreed upon with the customer. More information on this subject can be obtained by contacting the store's customer service.
